Maple Glazed Salmon

Marinade:
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
1 - Tbs Lemon Juice
2 - Tbs Light Soy Sauce
1 - tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Minced Ginger Root
1 1/4 lb Salmon Filet
2 - tbs Scallions (thinly sliced)
- Mix all ingredients except salmon and scallions
- Cut Salmon into 4 serving pieces and place in a shallow dish.
- Drizzle marinade over fish, reserving about ¼ cub marinade to serve over cookewd fish.
- Regrigerate fish for about 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 400o
- Place fish in baking dish.
- Set aside marinade
- Bake 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade, until fish flakes easily with fork.
- To serve: drizzle reserved ¼ cup reserved marinade, over fish.
- Top with scallions.
Temperature: 400º
Time: 15-20 minutes
